In order to present you with a relevant quotation we will help you to produce a detailed written
specification of the work that you would like to have done,if you have a detailed drawings such as
those submitted for planning and Building Regulations approval they could help. Our policy is to present
you with a realistic quotation without rushing you to make a decission, We try whenever possible to
foresee extra costs, at the quotation stage so you have no hidden charges whatsoever.
All our quotations cover everything required for completion of agreed projects, although certain
projects can have any amount of flexibility; for example you may already have a new bathroom suite you just
require fitting or you may want to employ skilled labour for a period of time. All these matters can be
discussed on the ‘site visit’.We are here to help ,just ask ,and we will do what we can!
We never rush you into a decision, we always take time to discuss any decisions that our customers are
unsure off.
